How to maintain and upkeep a dishwasher?

1. Fixed bearings and slider bearings: Add oil (butter) every 2 weeks;

2. Motor chain: Add oil once a month;

3. Eagle hook chain: Check once a day to see if there is any erosion on the cylinder and eagle hook teeth. If there is, promptly repair them;

4. Slag remover: Clean it once a day after use and change the water;

5. Spray machine: Clean and replace the water after each use, and clean the fan every 1-2 months;

6. Drying machine: Try to avoid water coming into contact with the heating tube. Observe the normal operation of the heating tube and hot air fan every day. If there is any damage, power off and replace them;

7. Water pump: During operation, the water tank must be filled with water, and any residue on the sieve should be removed in a timely manner to prevent the water pump from running out of water and burning up;

8. Fan and water pump motors: Do not touch water to avoid burning out after being powered on;

9. Transmission reducer: refuel every two months;

10. Dishwasher: Clean the residue after each use, change the water once a day, and use hot water in the last tank of the dishwasher. Clean the water pump once a month to avoid clogging with residue (note: when cleaning large amounts of tableware, use dishwasher water)

Change the water in the container 2-3 times a day;

11. At the end of the day, simply cut off the power supply to the machine.
