Talent recruitment
Core concept: Provide opportunities for those who want to work, a stage for those who can work, and status and treatment for those who succeed. Talent is the key, true talent must be used.
The first principle is to have both moral integrity and professional competence. The selection and utilization of talents should be based on comprehensive evaluation and the requirement of having both morality and talent. We must adhere to the principle that those with morality but without talent are mediocre, those with talent but without morality are petty people, and those with morality and talent should not be neglected.
The second principle is the "effectiveness theory". In terms of talent, we do not judge abilities based on academic qualifications, nor do we judge levels based on diplomas. Regardless of one's identity, educational background, or age, as long as they do well, perform better than others, and have outstanding performance, they will boldly use them and entrust them with important responsibilities. At present, the average age of the company's technical personnel and middle-level managers is around 35 years old, and the average age of the workshop director is around 30 years old. Although these people are not very old and some have lower education levels, they have the ability, drive, and achievements. Our "effectiveness oriented" employment mechanism has enabled a large number of talented individuals with both moral integrity and professional competence to stand out and become the pillars of enterprise development.
The third principle is practice first. To test jade, it takes three days to fully burn it, and to distinguish it, it takes seven years. Over the years, all kinds of professional talents who come to work in our group are first arranged to the production line of the workshop, allowing them to improve through practice, and then selected through public examinations based on merit.
The fourth principle is the survival of the fittest. In the selection of talents, we have achieved a transformation from "competing with each other" to "selecting horses on the field". Whoever does the best, we will value them as talents; Otherwise, they can only be eliminated.
The fifth principle is that 'everyone is a talent'. In terms of talent utilization, eliminate standardization and mysticism, and achieve personalized and quantity based approaches. As long as one can exert their maximum intelligence in the appropriate position, they are a certain level of talent. We follow this principle and assign each employee to a relatively suitable position based on their level, strengths, experience, personality, etc., achieving the best of their abilities and promoting the sustained, rapid, and efficient development of the enterprise.
